Ingredients
- 4 Kumato® brand Tomatoes
- 1/2 kg goat’s cheese
- Basil
- Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar
- Smoked cod
Preparation
Slice the 4 Kumato® brand Tomatoes and the cheese and arrange them on a plate in a fan shape. Add salt, pepper, oil and vinegar to taste. Garnish with a “flower” of smoked cod and serve.
