Mini Kumato® Quick Skewer

Starters and salads



    • 12 Mini Kumato® tomatoes
    • 150 g feta cheese
    • 12 anchovies
    • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
    • 12 wooden skewers


    1. Wash and dry the Mini Kumato® thoroughly.

    2. Cut the feta cheese into small squares.

    3. On each skewer, spear a Mini Kumato®, an anchovy, a piece of feta cheese and finish with some fresh basil leave

    To present this appetiser, we can arrange all the skewers on a tray and drizzle them with a little extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.
